You must be between 18 years of age. The website has a drop down menu for you to choose your university. However, you do not have to have attended a university to use this website. If your university is not on the list, then you are eligible to join this website. By using this website, you agree that these terms and conditions, as they may be modified from time to time, are binding upon you and applicable to your use of this website. Any violations of the terms and conditions can result in the termination of your account.

Security

You are responsible for your username and password. We highly suggest that you keep your password a secret. Always remember to log off your account. Do not give your passwords to other members. University Date Finder, LLC is not responsible for any information that is stolen or taken from your account due to your irresponsibility. If you suspect that your Konectwork.com account has been improperly accessed or used by another, you must immediately exit the account and notify the administrators at Konectwork.com. If we determine that there has been a security breach or other misuse of your account for which you bear no responsibility, we may permit you to create another account that we may credit with the time that was left on your account prior to the security breach. You agree that our decisions on all security issues are final, including, without limitation, whether you bear any responsibility for improper access or misuse of your account. You are forbidden from putting your personal email or number on your profile. Remember not to disclose on your profile page or to any other user of this website your private information, such as social security or credit card numbers. This company is not liable for anything taken from your page due to your negligence (credit card number, etc).

The administrators at konecetwork.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or remove your account, at any time, for any reason, with or without cause, with or without notice, either before or after the action is taken. Violations of any of the terms of conditions will result in the automatic removal or suspension of your account. You agree that the decisions of Konectwork.com, which is owned by University Date Finder, LLC,  are final and not subject to review or litigation.

Telling the truth

You must tell the truth on your profile. You are prohibited from lying about anything, including your age and university affiliation. You must be a student, staff, or alumni at the university email address that you have. By signing this form, you are agreeing that you are the person that you say you are. Your account will be terminated if you are caught lying about any information.

Profile

Because you must tell the truth on your profile, any images that you claim to be depictions of you must, in fact, be depictions of you, or your account will be terminated. Also, you may not have any illegal, explicit, or inappropriate content on your profile, and any images on your profile, including any image of yourself, must be appropriate. Thus, no nudity, whatsoever, is allowed. No sexually explicit content will be permitted. Also, no hate speech or harassing rhetoric will be allowed.

Opinions

Any opinion that is made on someone’s profile in no way reflects on Konectwork.com. The opinions are those of the authors. You are responsible for everything that appears on your profile. University Date Finder, LLC is not responsible for any damages based upon your opinions or any other content on your profile or any misuse you make of the website despite any reasonable efforts we may or may not make to prevent same, including, without limitation, these terms and conditions.

Violations of trademark, etc

University Date Finder owns everything on the website, including, without limitation, the service mark, Konectwork.com SM. Any breach of the service mark, trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and property rights of Konectwork.com will result in automatic termination of your account and legal actions.

Members

Konectwork.com does not screen any of the members. In addition, University Date Finder does not run background checks on the individuals who sign up for this site. You are responsible for any interaction that you have with other members and for screening the other members if you believe such is necessary before agreeing to have an interaction with the member. We suggest that you meet individuals in a public location, such as a coffee shop. You NEVER should meet someone for the first time in a private location. You consciously make the decision to meet someone and you cannot hold University Date Finder, LLC responsible. We recommend that you be very cautious when meeting any individual or person. Remember to never give too much information, such as financial or personal information. When meet someone, you agree to take the appropriate responsibility and understand that University Date Finder, LLC makes no guarantees about your compatibility with this person.  By being a member of this site, your new acquaintance is agreeing to the same terms and conditions. In other words, this person is swearing that he or she is telling the truth about everything (age, degrees, etc) and is not lying about any information. In the event that this person lies about things, such as age or university, you hereby agree to immediately report them to Konectwork.com. Again, lying about any information on your profile is strictly prohibited and illegal, and it will result in termination of the account. You should report any member harassing or stalking you. Such actions are illegal and will not be tolerated by this website. However, University Date Finder, LLC is not responsible for any member’s actions or for the reporting of any member’s actions to governmental authorities. Again, we are not responsible for ANYTHING that transpires of happens to you on your date and meet-ups or as a result of using this website.

The exclusive venue and jurisdiction for any litigation regarding anything relating to this website or these terms and conditions shall be the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court or County Court for Miami-Dade County, and you waive the right to a jury trial.

Content

You are responsible for everything that you display or write on your profile. You will not use abusive, threatening, racially offensive, or any illegal material or language on your page. Other members have the right to report you. University Date Finder has the right to remove your account without a refund for any breaches of content. No explicit material is allowed on this website. In addition, you will not provide false material to any other member seeking to gain from such deception.

In accordance with the Communications Decency Act, the users of this website are the authors or publishers of the information posted on their profile pages.
